POSSIBLE ROGUE TRADERS

Staffordshire Police have received two reports today of possible rogue traders in the area.

The first of which was on an estate off the Sandon Road :

A white male approx 58 years old , driving a silver car has claimed that a resident needed his guttering cleared out .

The resident has given a small amount of cash for materials and the male took the money and has not returned , leaving damage to facia boards .

The second incident has occurred in the Wildwood area whereby two males , possibly driving a dark coloured car have told an elderly resident they have noticed their gutters needed clearing . In the process they have looked through the contents of the garage and it appears they have entered the property , however nothing appears to be missing . 

Please do not buy goods or services from people who go Door to Door and do not let anyone you dont know into your property .
